"Judy has been a great influence on my mental well being. She is compassionate, well versed in her areas of expertise and you can tell by her eye contact that she is processing everything that you are sharing. Finding the right counselor has been such a struggle for me over the past few years...sometimes it is so hard to connect or trust people but I was instantly at ease the moment I met Judy. She is an invaluable part of my life at this time."

"My girlfriend I were very pleased with our time at Hope counseling.  The office atmosphere itself is comfortable, neat,  and the space was conducive to our sessions.  The consult rooms were great as well. Judy Valeski, our counselor, was warm yet professional. We both agreed that she balanced the session well with listening and inquiring along with guidance. She definitely created an environment of communication for us. Aside from the sessions, Judy is excellent at being flexible with our schedules and extremely prompt in responding to our phone calls and email. All in all, we both had a wonderful experience and have been better off since our time with Hope."

"Finding someone to open up with without knowing them is difficult. Finding someone to open up with who you trust your inner secrets, quirks and personal downfalls that are difficult to admit is even more difficult. I shopped around and went to a variety of therapists all with different backgrounds and qualifications but I found myself comfortable in the hands of Judy. Going in I didn't want someone who I could outwit or was telling me something I already knew. Which might be a disorder in itself. But I guess to deal with my ego she gingerly danced around issues by giving me examples of other peoples on their own and in relationships. I discovered after the light bulb went off that a lot of what she's saying would be beneficial to me as well as the examples she was referencing. And I thought, "This gal knows what she's talking about. A lot more than I thought I did." Soon after I began to feel a sense of comfort with Judy we began homework assignments. And that was it. I was sold. She was not only helping with coping techniques but giving exercises that I could write down and grasp. It helped my treatment and gave me goals, short term and long term. I can see my progress and feel it. I'm in a better place than I was before and this is just the beginning. "

"Life moves so fast and sometimes we don’t make the right choices and it affects the ones we love. Judy with Hope Counseling helped our family to learn to communicate better and to overcome our obstacles. My oldest daughter and I originally met with Judy as we were going through the wonderful teenage years. That’s where I started referring to Judy as the Teenager Whisper! She has a delightful way of identifying the issues and speaking to me, as the mom and breaking down the content to my teenage daughter, where we both were able to work on each other’s actions toward a common goal. After several mother/daughter sessions we moved into 1:1 therapy as Judy was helping me through a tough time in my life caring for my aligning mother. After my mom passed away, Judy then moved into family therapist to work through the grieving and depression process with all of us. Along the way, through all of the various counseling roles she held, she was ALWAYS compassionate, professional and understanding and a pleasure to work with... I value and treasure her more then words can say!"
